Pressure washing questions, answered

How much does pressure washing cost in Portland or Vancouver?
Most Portland-metro homes fall between a two-car driveway wash and a full house soft wash, and pricing follows square footage, access and how much moss has built up. We quote a flat price up front after you send photos or a few details — no hourly surprises.
When is the best time of year to pressure wash in the Pacific Northwest?
Late spring through early fall gives the fastest dry times, but our wet winters are exactly when moss and algae take hold. Cleaning in fall or early spring resets surfaces before the worst growth season, and we work year-round between storms.
Will pressure washing damage my siding or roof?
High pressure would. That's why siding, painted surfaces and roofs get a low-pressure soft wash with a cleaning solution that kills organic growth instead of blasting it off. Hard surfaces like concrete and pavers get the higher-pressure surface cleaner.
Do you serve both Oregon and Washington?
Yes. We cross the river daily and cover Portland, Vancouver, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Lake Oswego, Tigard, Tualatin, Gresham and the rest of the Portland–Vancouver metro.
How long does the clean last?
In this climate, concrete typically stays clean for one to three years and siding two to three years. Roof moss treatments last longest when they're reapplied on a schedule, which we can set up for you.
